Hi Maurizio,
I'm a rank beginner but what I would try is a calling a form method from the grid column that takes a parameter of your "done" field and returns YES or NO depending on the value. If that doesn't work, then I would try to build another table in your business object that includes a column with the Yes/No value. (I would probably have to post a bunch of questions before getting it to work, too.) I hope that gets you started, anyway.
