Hi,

I have this client who seems not been able to really make up his mind on what he really wants in a program. Often times he would ask to do some additional programs, some data entry and reports. after it has been done and installed and in operation, after a few days or sometime after a week, he would have thought of something else then he would decide to have it revise. although some are easy to make, but some takes sometime to make. Any ideas on how to charge for it?
