Thanks Linda. It seems both StrataFrame and MM .NET both started in the FoxPro world. I now have evaluation versions for both of them so this weekend, and a few others, will be spent getting under the hood and seeing what makes them tick. My main concern at the moment is that I want a framework that doesn't tie you in to doing things in a particular way, allows flexibility if a project is a bit different than the norm. I guess a lot of this comes down to working with the framework and not trying to fight it.

Cheers, Keith

One thing I really like about it is that the creator previously had >a framework for FoxPro and is really helpful, as is the entire UT community, when you ask a question like "I used to do ..... in FoxPro. >How do I do that in .NET?" The main selling point for me is the level of support for users. Kevin McNeish, the developer, is very >accessible and has spent quite a bit of time with me on several occasions when I had thorny problems, including a remote connection. >He's also quite gracious when problems turn out to be something you've done which is rather bone-headed. I have never experienced >the level of support that I have had with this product for any other product, software or otherwise, that I have purchased. He also offers >classes quite regularly which are reasonably priced and very helpful for coming up to speed more quickly. He's a very patient teacher >and explains things very clearly. I have tried both live and on-line classes and have been pleased with both. Good luck.
