As you and Naomi suggested, I started the debugger first, and then clicked on the build button in the project manager. The build log appears in the Output window. The last lines in the log begin with "Build Project: Visual Class Library wizstyle". That is followed by many lines of the form "Module: init", "Module: interactivechange", etc. The last line just says Module: init. There don't appear to be any error messages in the log.

Your thoughts?
