Possibly a setting in my IIS Server Machine.Config? Anybody have any ideas? It doesn't realy cause a problem other than an extreme anoyance and sometimes there are buttons on a web page I can't use.

I have exactly the same problem. There is a setting in Tools Internet options that you can disable JavaScript errors. I personally want to have it for my own test of my pages, but it's a great annoyance for lots of sites.
If it's not broken, fix it until it is.
