Has anyone experienced any problems with a VFP8 SP1 exe under Vista SP1?

My applications loads up and then I get this message:

"Executable myvfpapp.exe had the following unrecoverable error: Unable to open"

This is at a user site and I am not able to know excatly what line causes the error. I think it might be related to loading a form which contains an internet explorer browser control. Any ideas about this type of error?
