Yes, if associated with the packed Table then they are re-indexed. Memo files are also packed (they can get wild). Please not though the VFP indexes are not the same indexes your Mom & Dad used to use! <s> VFP Tables now have backlinks in the header to the DBC, Primary index info is stored in the DBC, etc. To truly completely reindex you need a third party tool or do a lot of 'head banging'. It took me at least a week to write a routine. Learned a lot... <s>
