Our local idiot, er I mean Shurf told the news media that "ordinary citizens" shouldn't buy tasers for self defense, because they "could" be lethat weapons. Duh. Did you know a good ole number 2 pencil, appropriately sharpened and driven into a person's temple can also be a lethat weapon? For less lethal, but still effective results, insert said pencil into larynx, eyeball, stomach, etc. Oh yeah, I forgot to add heart to the lethal locations....
