I have no CONFIG.FPW in VFP startup folder, no FoxProWCfg in the environment and I don't have ALLOWEXTERNAL item in one of my config.fpw which I include in my project and build an APP (not exe), When I run that app, I notice sys(2019,2) returns "" and all settings in that internal config.fpw are not in effect.

Is it true that an internal config.fpw will only be used in an exe not a app (or have I missed anything???)
