Actually, there is a section in the Developer's Guide called "INCLUDE Files" that does refer to FoxPro.h as an include file used by the framework (I know, I know, the "Index" <bg>). You'll be glad to hear that the index for the next version of the Developer's Guide is coming along nicely. I added an additional line in the docs that mentioned all of the INCLUDE files need to be located in the development path.
