Is there anyway in VFP5 to keep a submenu displayed?

For example:

Files
Customers
Tables

If you select Tables, another menu drops down
Table # 1
Table # 2

When the form is called, all the menus disappear.

Is there a way to have the menu either stay there..or be put back on the screen after the form has been closed?
