>Sounds like a table based (vs view based) app binding directly to fields? Obvious sticking point would seem to how much information is coming over the wire. Architecture is everything. As Craig suggests, I'd avoid using a workstation as a server - asking for trouble. Speed of remote pcs not as much an issue as network traffic.

The deay is when you press the button on the form, and wait for that form to disappear (release), before going to the other forms.)

Thanks!

Here is the reply I gave to Tamar...

Here's the scoop....
After talking to their Tech - it turns out that ALL the workstations are going very slowly in certain parts of the Application....

When I logged into the SERVER, I was going to check out settings on it, since it, the Router and the Cable between the two would be the first major suspects.

In the SERVER, under START/SETTINGS/NETWORK CONNECTIONS I find NOTHING there!! ZIP/ZADDA nothing! Yikes!
Ok.... let us check the software - START/SETTINGS/CONTROL PANEL/SYSTEM/HARDWARE/DEVICE MANAGER I get ZIP/ZADDA nothing!! Double Yikes!

So............ mmm.... I wonder if the 3 are related????
