No, nothing in those threads helped. I can report seeing the same thing. Incidentally, the same thing happens when I click on the button to show all messages since I logged in: a new window pops up with the url:

http://www.levelextreme.com/DataEntrySpanIT.aspx.

The window is otherwise empty. The status bar says "Done" with an exclamation point. When I double click on that I do see an error message saying

Does that give you any ideas?
