There you go! Bass is an English brewery. I like Sam Adams too. One of my favourites ever was from the Boston Brewery Company (Boston also home to Sam I think), a micro-brewery: their BBBB (Boston Best Butser Bitter).
Strange in that one of my favourite breweries here is Gales, who do a BBB (Best Butser Bitter). Now Butser is the place in Hampshire where the brewery is/was (it's been taken over by a large London brewery: Fullers), so I wonder if the Boston brewery used Gales's recipe.
