The problem that I reported yesterday occurred while working from home using my Comcast cable connection to the Internet. It is actually fast. Today, I am working from the computer in my office at work. I don't see the problem here that I was seeing from home.

Also, at home I am running under Vista. At the office we are still running WinXP.

No problems here.
