A grid which allows user to re-order columns will only allow the user to move one column, column 'Comments', the last column in the grid. The users can select and drag other columns but is only column 'Comments' that actually moves. Any suggestions??

May be you have set some other properties for the grid that affect this? Say, LockColumn or partition? Have you verified that Movable remains true for the columns in question in run-time?
