Which may all be true - I remember some horror stories myself (hey, we're surrounded by all those Windowses - what other reminder does one need) - but... still doesn't invalidate the use of the motto when justifying the price :).
My version of it was "yes I know there are guys who would do this for three times less. We just do not do that kind of stuff.".
