>If you've never used the product, I highly recommend you download it from west-wind.com and go through the tutorials and other training materials on Rick's site. Get familiar with it first so that his training supports what you already know.
>Rick is a very good teacher and he knows the product as though he has a photographic memory. When I attended his training in KC he demonstrated the steps in doing something and continually moved on to bigger and better things. The training days were long because he covers a lot of material.
