I see what you say. It is true, they are treated too good. However, Geneva convention prohibits killing prisoners on battlefields so one should spend some money keeping them in camps. If you feel it is unfair that Canadian authorities don't want them back to local jails, so you could spend some money on it, then send a donation check to IRS.
