I have a database empleave.dbf, In that i have six fields namely 1.ID 2.Name 3.Desgination 4.Casual leave 5.Earned Leave 6.Medical Leave.

I want Every year The Earned Leave will be 30 day Increased, For Example 2008 is 30, and 2009 will be 30+30 =60, 2010 will be 60+30 =90 likewise.
