I dont have strong experience in SQL so I told you what they said That I cant do. I only have the procedure that calculate my amortization for each loan. But the report want the summary of that amortization I mean total payment Total Interest for each loan for the life of the loan. If I call a function that make the amortization that was logic to do, sql does not allow you to use Insert, Delete or UPdate in a function. Unless I create a big temptable that have all the amortization of the loan table and then sum by loan and return the summing. But that will be slow and time lost because i will delete that big table at the end.
