In current use? Or does that include registered users of VFP 6 who didn't upgrade after that? For sure I think anyone still using the product should prefer VFP 9.

I am sure piracy, especially overseas from what I hear, is part of the picture. If those who are using the product without paying for it were a factor in Microsoft undercounting the real user market, then it's fair to point a finger at them.
