Does anyone know of a fix for what looks like a report writer bug in FPW2.6. The problem is as follows, I am using report writer to print one record which has many fields, one of the fields is a memo field. All of the fields are set to strech, and with print when set to skip if blank. Page one prints fine. Page two will print a blank line for the first line of detail, where it should be printing a field with data. The next field usually prints fine on line two of page two. Changing the data will cause the first line on page two to print correctly or print a blank line. For example if a blank line is printing on line one of page two, adding some text in one of the previously blank fileds will cause all of the fields to shift down one and page two prints correctly. It makes no difference if I add to a regular field or add a line to the memo field, the result is the same. If I add data to two fields the fields shift down and line one of page two will print as a blank. One other abnormality I have found, is that sometimes page two will not skip blank fields even when set skip if blank is on and I condition the print with a print when statement such as len(rtirm(field))>0. It seems to react the same as the previous problem. The fields in report are all set to Courier New and I have played with changing the length of the detail section, and footer section all to no avail.
