Using VS2005. I am trying to publish my ASP.Net project but I am getting this error.

Error 2 An error occurred loading a configuration file: Failed to start monitoring changes to '\\Mynetworkshare\myproject\bin\ru' because the network BIOS command limit has been reached. For more information on this error, please refer to Microsoft knowledge base article 810886. Hosting on a UNC share is not supported for the Windows XP Platform. \\Mynetworkshare\myproject\bin\ru\web.config

I can build my solution without any errors, but when I try to publish my solution to a directory on my C: drive, I get the above error. I have always been able to publish my website before, but I am now getting this error when trying to publish.

I also went to the KB 810886 and did as it suggested but that did not help.

Has anyone come across this before?
