For a while, I thought this could have been because a frame was not loaded when the first message was submitted to it. But, after having looked more at it, especially with the given information, there is really something external that is causing this. Because, when the frameset is received in ViewPageGenericLogin.aspx, it means a direct call to one of its frame, such as DataEntrySpanIt.aspx should work as the frame already exists. I was thinking what I could do in the code to avoid that but there isn't really anything I could think of.
So far, we have isolated the issue to be related under Vista. If you have that situation under another OS, you may let me know.
