I TW the VFP person at Comdex and he confirmed
that MS knows about the offical BUG when using
a different printer when generating a report
than when printing same.

They have duplicated the problem and may fix it inthe
in the future. He declined to specify a time
frame. Until then I'll use a wrapper around
my report printer to clear TAG and TAG2 fields.
