>Hi Dennis,

>My company's sales are plummeting. I may try to hang in here, but it's getting a bit scary these days; if there are no sales, this company won't last long. We depend on the construction industry, and you know how that's going now. I sent out one resume to a friend already, but that's closer to where I live. I've not been looking, because I like my company, but we each need to ensure our continued employment. I may still try to get into Arizona, but that market seems to have DRIED up (Ha!).

But, it's a dry heat!<vbg>
How to Make Beef Jerky:
1. Cut strips of a roast, steak or any other cut of beef into thin (1/4" thick) slickes.
2. Preheat oven to 110 degrees farenheit.
3. Marinate meat in favorite sauce.
4. lay strips of beef on baking racks.
5. Cook until done, usually several hours.
Now, I know it gets up over 120 in Phoenix, so if you want to move to Arizona, either be prepared to become a "jerky", or move to Flagstaff!
