Yes, I use Full text search but this relies on an old technology. So, it supports some fancy stuff but not everything. Once I finish migrating everything to the new framework, I will be able to see what can be done in enhancing the search of the support area. One alternative would be to go with SQL Server, where I would be able to benefit of built-in search capabilities. But, just going to SQL Server for that, this is something I would try to avoid. Unfortunately, there isn't much other choice as is presently.
