Ne-DELL-ko-vich, the ll being the ll in William or tortilla or gli in Tartraglia, Togliatti etc.

My country being sort of popular this week, it's amazing how even those who learn to pronounce the few odd consonants still can't get accent right: it's SA-ra-ye-vo, SRE-bre-ni-tsa... and specially the women's names: MA-ri-ya, EE-va-na, MI-li-tsa, YO-van-ka. Pronouncing them with an accent shifted to penultimate syllable would make one sound like an upper Morava redneck (well only if everything else was pronounced right, like R properly hard, all vowels straight with no diphthongs etc ;).
