She's not even a lieutenant, far less a major. I'd rather say she's a minor... and can't neglect the possibility that this was indeed pre-meditated, though I'd rather bet on this being the natural behavior without too much involvement between the ears.

I guess she already reached her Parkinson level of incompetence.
