I'm a bit at a loss. What I would do in your situation is:
1. backup everything
2. locate an old version of my DBC
3. USE the DBC
4. Find the StoredProceduresSource record and check the Code memo to see if it's really whacky... There is also a StoredProceduresObject record with what looks like compiled code in the Code memo. That may be damaged as well.... I'm not sure that it would work (did I mention BACKING UP < g >?), but you might be able to cut and paste these fields from your last known good DBC...
