Hi Al,

This is a late late response, but for lurkers that might have a similar problem in the future, it seems we found what was the problem. After I posted this question, one of the NA had some health issues and did not come to work for a little over a month, during that time the program worked just fine. As soon as he came back, problems started again, we thought it might have been the profile of the user we were using in that workstation, but we were not able to fix it, so it worked intermittently for a while when one day I asked him to re-start the computer and after he does so (remotely) the program did not work, so I rebooted the computer (remotely too) and it worked, that seemed very odd to me, so I asked him to reboot the computer again and... the program did not work, so I rebooted it from my workstation and voilá, no problem! To make the story short, it seems to be a side effect of the remote client he uses (MS Remote Desktop) that after he closes it the remote computer goes to the login screen. In my case I manage the computer remotely using an IP KVM, which does not have this side effect. Now that we found this out and he is not accessing the remote computer with MS RD, the program ran for weeks without problems
