>Mmmm, interesting. It's as if the job spec has changed. In fact, apart from the top they don't mention it again - but now "epics" is desirable (whatever that is). I have applied for this, and funnily enough, another in Horsham has just come up, and a (lesser paid, more s/w admin, requiring VFP and SQL, Excel, et al) has cropped up in Brighton. Anothr Anal job in Worthing and that's 4 in the last 3 days, so fingers crossed.
I've had a similar situation a while ago, when I was looking for my next gig... got through to the customer via a headhunter, almost got to the point where we'd negotiate money vs travel time (it would have been a 500 mile commute ;), and then the deal fell through. Then I started getting emails from six other head hunters for the same gig - there's only so much one can do to apply makeup to the original copy/pasted text without distorting the substance... and we know how to recognize it, don't we.
So as long as you are getting _different_ stuff coming in, there's a good chance. And, BTW, I'm not sorry I missed that one - next week a much better one came along, no travel.
