I'm not arrogant I'm just pointing out historical fact. When Yugoslavia spun apart the rest of Europe was paralyzed in response. I don't have the emotional component nor personal experience that you do in that so I can understand if you get worked up about it but the fact remains that Europe could not deal with the issues. Period. It's a fact and not subject to interpretation or coloring.
