Ah, no, I take this "whining" as a neat comeback. For all these Bush years, those who would yell about this or that being illegal, unconstitutional, outright criminal or in the "there ought to be a law against it" were dismissed with a "stop whining and get over it". The simple, rightful, demand that the justice be done and laws respected was dismissed as whining.
Feels sweet, even though I don't think it will change much.
