When you run VFP IDE, it uses registry settings for its environment. Those settings can be changed through Tools-->Options. In Runtime you have to match IDE enfironment settings by SET commands or settings in a config.fpw.
I'm not sure wich one SET commnad you're refering to (ENGINEBEHAVIOR or REPORTBEHAVIOR) or both.
Ypu can add them to your main application program

SET ENGINEBEHAVIOR 90
SET REPORTBEHAVIOR 90
