The other is in no opinion and I cannot count that. Secondly, the first two options are also different, while they point in the same direction, they do have their own criterias. There might be another survey just on that topic with more content before fall so we can get a better ball park figure on what would be best to adjust in regards to that, if any.

I can see your concern, however, how is it better to side with the 1/3 of your customers instead of the 2/3rd? That concerns me as a customer. How is the minority carrying the vote? Not many businesses would stay in business if that was the practice, unless the profits gained by the 1/3rd outweighed the profits of the 2/3rd. Is that the case? Do you somehow gain more profit from the 1/3rd who voted against? That is the only way it would make business sense...
