This is a fallacy. You are stating that because you are personally capable of being provoked to the point where you would use a weapon against a neighbor for noise, so would everyone else.

I can safely say that I would not, and have not, and I was provoked to the point you cannot imagine and I had a gun and it never even came out of locked storage. Not everyone deals with stress the same and some people have alittle more experience dealing with stress under extreme conditions. Some people have witnessed the damage guns do in person as well and it is not something they would grab in anger.
