It is not about that. My point was in reference that in order to adjust something that is extremely sensitive or to deviate from the way we have handled that so far, which is that banned members are usually banned for life, it would take a much more united vote/agreement from the community. In that sense, 2/3 is still not enough. Because, as soon as I would change that policy, assuming they would be back here, or some banned suspension lifted, I would get 1/3 against it and this would get worst than before.
