Consider the mental patient sitting on a park bench, you know the guy who doesn't know right from wrong. Someone murders someone in front of him, in cold blood, yet he has no reaction. That's because he didn't internalize the event the way you or I might. You get mad because you tell yourself to react a certain way. That's the same reason we all get mad. People shooting at me, pulling kives, etc tended to tick me off, but I never got so mad that I lost control. (I'm not saying I have never been totally off the chain pizzed off either), but I never lost control.
