Adding alternate icons to a .ICO file is easy with IMAGEDIT.EXE - a program that should have been put on your system with your VFP install. First locate IMAGEDIT.INI file in your Windows directory, and check for and add if necessary the missing entries listed below:

[ImagEdit.Icon]
SuperVGA=16,64,64
LargerVGA=16,48,48
Win95=16,16,16

Next, open your .ICO file and do an Edit > Copy. Edit > New Image and choose a size that you don't have. Edit > Paste and choose Stretch/Shrink and finally edit and save. You should now have multiple images in you .ICO file.
I usually include at least 16x16x16, 16x32x32 and 16x48x48. Note: Win 95/98 also support 256 color icons, but IMAGEDIT doesn't, you'll have to use another product - I use Microangelo, a shareware product.
