Most Walgreen's drug stores in the midwest have this service at a reasonable price (less than 20 cents per print). All you do is send your .jpg file(s), cropped and otherwise adjust as you please, and within an hour or two the 4x6 prints are ready to pick up at the store of your choice.

There are many others that offer the same service. Sam's Club comes to mind. Wolf Camera.
