I don't know the details of Obama's proposal, if indeed it is a proposal rather than just a political speech, but I'm pretty sure it's not like Hitler Youth.

I'm not great with statistics, but when anyone starts comparing a politician with Hitler, I'm 99.99% confident it's rhetoric.
