I'm not whining at all. I've kept things civil and just said that due to personal attacks I don't wish him back. I actually keep forgetting about him until someone brings up the unban him topic again. Unfortunately, IMO, it is all too often. I wouldn't be surprised to find that Michel is getting tired of it.
