Don't know how to change a single windows title bar color (I would never do that though) You can read the user settings in
H_KEY_CURRENT_USER/Control Panel/Colors
Use the facilities in "Register.prg" to read/write.
I often read this and set my various colors to it (eg. I might set read-only text box text to "activetitle" - kinda looks neat).
