Hello comunity

i need to build coding to insert on my sql table ,results of fields that was changed by users (data value has changed by user) on a current open form in my application, but without make a reference of every table field ,because some tables have more than 150 fields.
the problem is when i open for example my article form and i click on new record or alter one product, all fields are in changed mode.

Is it possible to do that ??
