I upgraded my laptop from XP to Vista, and the only real upgrade issue was with my AVG antivirus, which claimed to be vista ready at the time. It wasn't, and it was a serious fight to get it uninstalled after the upgrade. That was back when Vista rolled out the door though - it should not be an issue now.

My complaints are with usability and wat a complete PITA it is.
