Don't know. I suppose fixing the width of each of the columns would do it.
In that link I see that we're trying to set one column's width to the biggest width of the data. I want to set few column that may potentially expand to some fixed width but I'm not sure which units should I try to set them according to this article.

The example in the link doesn't specify a unit but since the default is Pixel they're using that. This lists the unit types you can use:http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/system.web.ui.webcontrols.unittype(VS.85).aspx

I'm afraid I only really just tinker with aspx stuff so I'm probably not the best person to aks.
