That's probably true, but there is no point migrating to it. Delphi, like VFP, is a really great language that the market turned its back on. I used it in one job and liked it a lot. It combined the productivity of VB or VFP and the low level access of C++. There was a huge add-on market of Delphi components. The only problem was Delphi went south along with Borland.
