still shows immediately

Myapp as stopped working




I have Visual C# Express 2008 Installed.

I found "Windows SDK for Windows Server 2008 and .NET Framework 3.5" in

http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/details.aspx?FamilyId=E6E1C3DF-A74F-4207-8586-711EBE331CDC&displaylang=en[^]

I installed "SDK Tools" from this link but Control Panel does not show this utility.

Installer created 2 directories, Directory of C:\Program Files\Microsoft SDKs\Windows\v6.1\Bin
and also v6.0a containing files with same names.

How to install this configurator ?

Also I'm getting unamaged exception, not .NET unhandled exception dialog so something other must be wrong.
